We endeavour to deliver items within 4 and 6 weeks from payment clearance (or from confirmation of finger size for rings) for UK customers. Due to the manufacturing processes involved to produce the jewellery some items may take longer. Sending to none UK addresses and bespoke items may increase the time required to deliver. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to propose a new delivery date. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. We cannot be held liable if The Royal Mail fail to deliver your item(s) on time or not at all. For desired delivery dates inside 6 weeks, please contact us to discuss your requests.

Returns and Cancellations

If your goods arrive with a manufacturing fault, damaged or incorrectly specified then you will be sent the repaired item, a replacement or full refund provided that the goods are returned un-worn, in the original packaging and in the same condition as sent. The insurance of the postal method used must cover the items retail value and must be posted within 10 days of receiving them. A binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted. No stock is held so once an item has been ordered, the process to make that piece immediately commences. Because of this, once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled. In certain instances cancellation may be possible so please phone on 01274 519787 to discuss it with the team. If we agree to cancel your order there will be an administration charge applied to your credit/debit card.

It is essential that the finger size is correctly established due to the fact that each ring is made to the specified size. To help you with this we can send you ring sizes. You are responsible for informing us of your correct size. Rings are not returnable because of poor fitting. Should a ring not fit, then it can be returned for sizing however there will be a charge for this service. Some rings will have to be remade in order to change the size (eternity rings for example) and this will incur a substantial cost. With these facts in mind, please ensure that every care is taken to inform us of your correct size. Bear in mind also that weight loss and temperature can affect finger size.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. Due to the fact that every item will have been hand made to some extent, small variations in measurements may occur. Please be prepared for slight variations in metal colours and stone colours due to the contrast and brilliance of each computer and also the unique nature of each stone.
