Ring Sizing Guide
Please note - Many rings cannot be changed in size after they are made. All our jewellery is completely hand crafted and made to order so it is essential that you provide us with the correct finger size. It is your responsibility to give us the correct finger size. The Jewellery Collective can not be held liable if the ring does not fit and there will be charge to re-size the ring. We strongly recommend that you use the JC Ring Sizing Kit.
The JC Ring Sizing kit
We have kits available to measure your finger size. We can supply a 2mm, 7mm and 10mm wide version as well as other widths on request.
We strongly recommend that you measure your finger with our kits. You can hire our kit for a fully refundable fee of £40.00 GBP. When you return the sizing kit back to us we will refund your money of £40.00 GBP, as long as the sizing kit is returned within 14 days and returned in the same condition we sent them to you. The sizing kits are to be returned to us by recorded delivery (from UK customers) and this is to be paid for by the customer. They will be sent to you by recorded delivery and will require a signature.
Note! This option is also available to our overseas customers too. Please note that customers pay the return postage costs (delivery requires a signature).
We recommend that you should measure your finger size in the morning and in the afternoon as your finger size may vary during the day due to water retention, hot or cold weather conditions.
Here are a few helpful tips
If you have been to a jewellers to get your size please make sure that they measured your finger with the same width as the ring you are looking to purchase. The reason for this is because if they measure you with a width of 2mm for example and you are looking at buying a wider ring e.g. 8mm, then this will result in the ring order being much tighter. The wider the ring, the more skin you are covering which will result in an increase of 1-2 sizes. Also ask the jeweller if they are giving you a ‘Centre’ or ‘Leading Edge’ measurement.
If you have rings that fit which you will be sending to us to measure, where possible, make sure it is a similar width as the one you want.
